If it is in an abnormal state for a long time, the deviation phenomenon may occur, especially when the swing in and swing out speeds are inconsistent, and it is more likely to cause abnormal shutdown; the photoelectric switch is damaged, the solenoid valve is damaged, and the swing cylinder is damaged. Generally, there are three possibilities to cause wrinkling of the belt: sand roller and tension roller are worn, grinding and repairing the roller; the belt is dampened by dampness, causing wrinkling, which can be dried. If the sander is not used for a long time, the surface of the sand roller will be rusted and rough, and the difficulty of the sand belt swing will trigger the trend. At this time, the roller should be derusted or polished with fine sandpaper.    Fault ⒋ Abrasive belt breaks   Abrasive belt breakage is mainly caused by the deviation of the abrasive belt, or the blunt abrasive belt is not replaced in time, or the sanding load is too large, or a hard object is encountered in the sanding process, or the quality of the sand belt itself. Try to avoid breaking the sand belt, otherwise it may cause fire. When the current is abnormal, it should be observed whether the abrasive belt has been blunt, and if it is, it should be replaced in time.    Fault 5. Deviation into the board Slipping, rebound, and adjustment of the sanding machine requires that the upper conveying roller back pressure spring be adjusted to two thirds (one third remaining), and the distance between the upper conveying roller and the lower conveying roller should be 1.5 times less than the thickness of the slab passed mm or 1mm, otherwise it will cause the slab to run off or slip. In severe cases, it may cause a rebound, which may hurt personal safety.    Fault 6. The size of the sand cutting board changes after replacing the belt When the locking block of the sander is loosened or locked, the position of the cantilever fluctuates greatly, which should be within 0.5mm. If it is too large, when the locking block locks the cantilever, the difference in the locking force will make the repeating accuracy of the cantilever different, causing fluctuations in the size of the sanding board and directly affecting the sanding accuracy of the sander. When the cantilever error is too large (more than 0.5mm), the fixing bolts of the locking block should be unscrewed and properly adjusted. At the same time, when replacing the abrasive belt, the locking force of the locking block should be consistent.    Trouble 7. The lower conveying roller rotates intermittently or not when empty   When working, you can't observe the above situation generally. You can only find it when you are empty. The reason is that the worm wheel is partially worn or completely worn during the power transmission of the worm gear deceleration. Although it will not affect the work, other worm gears will shorten the life and cause greater losses due to the increased workload. Therefore, once this situation is found, it should be replaced immediately.   Fault 8. Abnormal vibration of main bearing seat Under normal circumstances, the vibration of the main bearing seat is very small, and experienced operators can judge whether it is normal at a touch. There is generally no condition to use the instrument to measure at the site, but it can be judged by comparison with other bearing seats, or from the surface of the sanding board. To judge. When there is abnormal vibration of the bearing seat, there are two reasons. First, the bearing is damaged, as long as the bearing is replaced, and second, the contact roller is worn and out of shape, and the original dynamic balance is destroyed, which causes abnormal vibration. This situation must be Remove the sand roller for repair.    Fault 9. Main drive belt slipping    Both Q-type and M-type sanders use high-speed flat belts. This form of transmission is theoretically more efficient than V-belt transmission. However, in actual use, belt deviation or slippage may occur, which is mainly caused by improper adjustment. It should be adjusted strictly in accordance with the requirement of 1.5-2% elongation of the belt, and both sides of the belt are tight and consistent. When the adjustment is completed according to the requirements, a trial operation should be carried out, especially when the main motor current suddenly increases, observe whether the belt deviates, if it deviates, a second adjustment should be made.
